Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries or concerns.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed.
• Accurately record customer requests and update account details.
• Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
• Provide customers with pricing and delivery information.
• Occasional shipping and receiving as needed.

Qualifications:

• The candidate must possess written and oral communication skills and proficient computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, and salespeople.
• Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Take the initiative to follow up and resolve customer issues.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service background.
• An understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and ERP systems would be a plus.
• Understanding of Welding or Soldering and Brazing would be a plus.
• High school graduate / Trade school or College of any kind.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
